Development Location - Goal is $18,000.00. The first stage of our fund raising is for the building rental and operation expenses for a place to start gathering the track, switches, locomotives, rolling stock and materials to be ready to move on to a permanent location. The building will also provide a space to store our portable display.

The monthly rent on a three lease is $500.00 and includes the use of a 20' x 30' building built to our specifications, the use of the adjacent 20' x 40' photography studio with a large area for entertaining including a kitchen and rest room, the use of a 20' x 30' enclosed patio for additional entertainment space, the use of an off street parking lot for up to 15 vehicles, and up to $100.00 per month in utility costs. If we prepaid the $18,000.00 (which will be used to build the building) we have the option of using facilities for another two years for just a $100.00 per month utility cost.
